The sale contract of Chalet 3 was signed on November 29, 2015, and Friday December 23 Fantino Costruzioni and we delivered the House to the new owners for immediate occupation.
It took 12 months and 20 days to build, fit, furnish and decorate probably one of the most outstanding houses of Limone.
It has been an extraordinary team work, a superb job of coordination, effectiveness and roles clearness. We are all very proud not only of the exceptional result but also of the time effectiveness that we have managed to obtain throughout the project, maintaining an exceptional level of customisation as well as a very high standard of construction/design quality.
We are now looking forward to the next challenge.
